The first year. A fleeting year full of dramatic change. It’s the year that many moms miss the most… holding their baby in their arms and letting them fall asleep on their chest. It is also a time that brings struggle. Struggle to feel like you can keep up with everything and be the happy person you were before you had little ones that depended on you. It’s a year that often feels like a whirlwind that you wish you could simply freeze every once and a while. For this mom, this sweet baby girl was the addition after twin boys. While there is a special place in her heart for each one, a mother-daughter bond is one that is immeasurable. This day we let the boys play downstairs with dad, and we simply gave Eloise her own time to shine as if she were a first born. In thirty years, these images will remind her of just how beautiful her mom is and what joy she brought to her life. This is a day with sweet Eloise and the mom that loves her so.
Capturing this session around her bedtime enabled us to truly capture the bond they share as she falls asleep each night. But… this girl knew we were off her regularly scheduled program and was bright eyed at the end. 🙂Of course her two big brothers were restless to hang out with us… what better what to include them than with three pairs of adorable feet!
