From their monster costumes and messy dinner faces to fairy garden finds and chicken feeding, the backyard summer adventures with these two were magical. Capturing this family in home allowed use to forget about kids sitting perfectly still and forcing smiles and simply capturing the joy they find in their everyday routine. The mother of these two adorable kiddos wrote one of the sweetest compliments I’ve ever received about my work.

“I love the stories that flow through your pictures,  Jamie.  If this was Disney, music would be cuing up for a song.”

Remembering childhood at this point in time is what this lifestyle type of session is all about. Mom will look back to these images in several years and it will remind her of an imaginative time in their young lives. What better way to do so than with many of the everyday activities that bring them joy?
