A special set of twins

Most twins are just minutes apart.. but these two will forever be unique. Harper Grace (5 lbs) and Samuel Philip (4 lb 1 oz) decided to set themselves apart upon arrival. They were born on different dates, in different months and by different delivery methods! Mom and dad joked that Miss Harper wanted her own birthday. Seems like she is already playing the diva role. Sam seems to be taking the back seat to things and is completely low key. As long as he’s nuzzled up next to his sister, he can sleep through any of her drama. I can’t wait to see their personalities evolve!

A little drama

Big brother Ben is so sweet with them.

Although Miss Harper is the one who is constantly smiling (even something caught on an ultrasound), Sam decided to show his off for his debut.

Dakota: Class of 2013

Let’s be honest… who wouldn’t want this as their summer car? Dakota and I joked that this should be his graduation gift. I have to say… it suits him well!

Dale, Denisse + Bryan

We all lounged on the couch together and cracked up about nothing at all. When I traveled to Bald Head Island, NC earlier this year for a wedding, Dale and Denisse stayed in the same house. They were a riot along with our other roomies. As we walked through the fields during our shoot this week… again we cracked up… really cracked up… about nothing at all. Ok… it may have had something to do with me looking for my camera after I set it down in the tall grass, or upsetting any animals whose homes we may have been laying on, or the fact that Dale thought it was funny to pretend he saw a mouse. Or.. maybe he did see one…. ? Regardless of the conversation… we laughed… with each other and at me. Probably more so at me…Cheers to a good time and seeing fun friends again!
